Sweat Shorts, Sweatpants and Linen Pants

Bottoms here follow the tees. The sweat shorts are the same heavyweight acid-washed cotton, the sweatpants are cut baggy with a drawstring, and both are meant to be worn with a pack tee and nothing else on the agenda.

The linen pants are the exception: lightweight, wide-legged, elastic at the waist, for July and for travel. They crease, and that is the fabric doing what linen does.

A drawstring changes which size to buy. Buy the size that fits your hips and let the cord handle the waist, because hips do not adjust and waists do.

None of these count as tailored trousers, and the sweat shorts will not pass at an office. They are the bottom half of a day off.
